Important Guidance for D5170 Clubs with Available DDF for Global Grants in 2025-26

    1. By Feb 28th, if possible, GG’s should be submitted or they may not be reviewed and approved before the end of this Rotary year. (TRF Guidance)

    2.  By Apr 30th,  All D5170 clubs must have their Global Grant DDF (gDDF) either:
        a.  Assigned to a Global Grant, even if that grant cannot be submitted by June 30th, or
        b. Transferred to PolioPlus, receiving a 4.5x match (1 DDF yields $4.5 for PP), or
        c. Transferred to the Rotary Peace Centers.
Contact Jon Winston for help in transferring your DDF.  (D5170 Guidance)

    3.  No D5170 clubs will lose their DDF if the above 2 steps are followed.

Refer to this sheet for an up-to-the-minute accounting of your club’s DDF positions.
