Significant Achievement Award
Nominator: District Governors (Requires District Governor’s signature)
Deadline to RI: March 15
Description:  Presidential recognition of a club activity which addresses a significant problem or need in the community. A district selects one project and submits nomination to RI. A president-appointed selection committee evaluates nominations.  Click here for award nomination form.

Presidential Citation
Deadlines:  April 1, 2016
Description:  All clubs are eligible for the Presidential Citation.  To qualify for the Citation, club Presidents must enter their goals into Rotary Club Central and verify that information has been subsequently entered into Rotary Club Central by April 1, 2016.  Please download a copy of the Presidential Citation brochure under "Award Brochures" on the left side of this page.

The Rotary Foundation Global Alumni Service to Humanity Award
Nominators:  Foundation Trustees, regional Rotary Foundation coordinators, current District Governors, alumni subcommittee chairs, and Rotary Foundation alumni coordinators (Requires District Governor’s signature)
Deadline to RI: Zone committees set their own Deadline to RI; zone nominations are due to the Foundation by 30 June
Description:  This award honors outstanding Rotary Foundation alumni who have contributed to greater understanding and peace through service to humanity, and whose significant achievements have enriched their profession or vocation.  Download the nomination form under "Award Forms" to the left.

Rotarian Spouse/Partner Service Award
Nominators: District Governor
Deadline:  1 March
Description:  This award recognizes spouses and partners of active Rotarians who have demonstrated exemplary humanitarian service they have rendered through Rotary. Only non-Rotarian spouses and partners are eligible.

Vocational Service Leadership Award
Nominators: District Governor
Deadline:  1 November
Description:  This award is given to Rotarians who have used their occupation to make an impact in the community, demonstrated integrity in their profession and in Rotary, and undertaken at least one of the six activities outlined in the award guidelines on the nomination form.  Download the nomination form under "Award Forms" to the left.
